Ivor Tower Dungeon is a location in Gothica. It is entered from Ivor Tower East, the north-eastern room.

Story[]

After the dog eventually escaped from the Air Vents, he ran into the dining hall, crashing onto the table. The furious Bluegarden ordered the Hero and the Dog to be imprisoned.

Dungeon Info & Mechanics[]

Watch out for any sewer pipes, as they will deal moderate pure damage if the player stands near them.

The player will always encounter 2 Vipers, 2 Mini-taurs and 1 Guardbot.

The first 4 monster cells will contain either a Viper or a Mini-taur.

The fifth monster cell will always be the Guardbot. If the player defeats the Guardbot without having freed the Hero, they will receive a Defender Collar as a reward.

The seventh cell will lead to Ivor Tower Sewers. It cannot be opened if the player is only controlling the Dog and has not yet freed the Hero.

This dungeon is an exact replica of Ebon Keep Dungeon, in terms of visual design. In terms of content, this one is less dark, has damaging sewers and different enemies, however. Once all monsters have been cleared, the player is unable to wield their weapons or attack in the dungeons.

Trivia[]

  • The dungeon can be returned to after defeating Mungola: just employ some precision running around the rubble on the upper flight of stairs. This will allow the player to find the Iron Bracer in the Boy's cell, should they have overlooked it before, and skipped or sold the one from Ivor Tower's shop.
