Atlas Amulets are an alchemy ingredient. They are used in only one formula.
Only one merchant sells Atlas Amulets; the Rogue in the inn in Nobilia that teaches the Atlas formula sells one for 100 Jewels, then charges an additional 50 Jewels for each subsequent Amulet bought. The price is based off how many Atlas Amulets you have. This means you can save money while leveling Atlas by using up the first amulet you buy, then buying again. However, he only sells Amulets until the player has three, then does not appear again until they have less than three. This makes it impossible to keep a good stock of Atlas Amulets, as the player will almost never have more than three at a time.
An extra 2 Atlas Amulets can be found in chests in Gothica, allowing the player to hold a practical maximum of 5.
Due to the unfortunate locations of both chests, the Monster Prize#Monster Prize Chain Exploit cannot be used.
Mud Pepper, Atlas Amulet, Mushroom, Gunpowder, Meteorite and Dry Ice are 6 ingredients out of a total 22 that are only used for 1 specific formula. This fact usually makes them very expensive or difficult to come by.
